This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between work-ly and the customer (the "Controller").
work-ly processes personal data of the Controller's employees on the Controller's behalf, in compliance with Indonesia UU PDP, Singapore PDPA, Philippines RA 10173, and Thailand PDPA.
Subject matter, duration, nature, purpose, categories of data subjects, technical and organisational measures, and sub-processor list are detailed in Annex A–C.
The customer is the data controller and work-ly is the data processor. This DPA sets out the terms on which work-ly will process personal data when providing the services.
work-ly shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
